Our Sourdough Olive Bread is a special loaf inspired by the Mediterranean. This golden-crusted bread is filled with delicious kalamata olives that impart flavor throughout each slice. Whether paired with Mediterranean dishes or enjoyed simply dipped in olive oil, this loaf is sure to bring joy to your taste buds.

Made with a blend of wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, and buckwheat flour, our Sourdough Olive Bread also contains kalamata olives, levain (a mixture of flour and water), water, and sea salt. Each loaf measures 8 inches in length and weighs approximately 18 oz, though weight may vary slightly due to our handcrafted process.

For optimal enjoyment, we recommend indulging in our Sourdough Olive Bread on days 2 and 3, as this is when the flavors are at their peak. The bread can be enjoyed for up to 6 days, with days 4, 5, and 6 being perfect for toasting. To store the loaf, simply keep it at room temperature for up to 5 days from the day it was baked (including any transit time if shipped via UPS). For longer storage, the bread can be wrapped tightly and frozen.
